This was a really fun project. The logo for the company was made to appear in the lights on the planet. In other words the lights of the cities that could be seen from space resembled the logo. Due to the network, social, and communications theme of the company this kind of came together. It appears as if the connections are global. The founder of the company decided to retire the project much to my regret. I still really like this idea. It never made it's way into the mainstream. I'd really like to find the right fit for a company with a similar theme and use this idea there. I can imagine a great animation and audio track to go along with something like this. |
