This model was an "As Built" 3d model. In other words the building already existed so we took detailed measurements of the entire house and built a 3D replica of it. Once we had that done we could cater to an on the fly style of rendering out various possibilities. This was wonderful for the client because he could really visualise what his renovated house was really going to look like. I expermented with a few ways to achive different camera and setttings. I was going for the look of an older photograph. That wasn't part of the 3D contract but I'm always fiddling with weird stuff like that on the weekends so I thought I'd throw them on here ;)
The differences between the images will probably be pretty subtle. I'll try to spend some time here and do a 3 across layout so that you can see the subtle differenes side by side. |
